This video shows the temporary chairman of the GOP National Republican Convention ignoring electroral rules and appointing a permanent chairman without putting the matter to a vote of the electorate at the caucus as per the rules.
After protests from the electorate the chairman then adjourns the meeting, again against the caucus rules and therefore excuses himself from the process.
