People are NOT the state, not even in Greece

I read this article and it made me slightly agitated

The author intentionally or unintentionally put the Greek people in the same boat as their politicians.

Not only is the article unpatriotic it is extremely insulting and I am not even Greek.

What are the people trying to save? Why not let foreigners come in and run the country? The Greeks are unproffesional and need help from foreigners.

He is half right, he says it in his article that the whole problem is the fault of the politicians. But he thinks getting outside help is the answer.

I could state the obvious and say that the Greek know what they are doing and what needs to be done.

I could rant on about this article but I won’t.

I will simply say this to the author, do you think a German should come into your house and tell you how you should be running your life?
