Rather than being a test of democracy in Greece it is nothing more than a test of Papandreou’s autocratic rule

This is not the first vote of no confidence Papandreou has had. YOu could argue that every austerity vote is a vote of confidence in his prime ministership.
If you have ever seen these austerity votes they are nothing more of a test of Papandreou’s control of his party and nothing to do with the interests of the people

Papandreou appears to have an iron fisted control of his party, the fact that all the politician’s votes are made public obviously helps.
