Obama’s Jobs Bill – Demonising “No” Voters with Hypocracy

Obama wants to spend 370 billion dollars to create jobs. Obviously that is great. Nobody can argue that the aim of creating jobs is a good thing.

The fact that Obama has to make a speech before the vote is taken to demonise anyone that votes against the jobs bill is worrying.

8.23 Independent fund, doesnt such a thing exist already? Banks and private industry?

9.25 The real answer. 10.05 The exact opposite is actually happening

1.36 is not the story of America??? 3.44 “Rigid idea about what government could or could not do” In other words what would America be like if it’s politicians obeyed the constitution?
The constitution is the result of research of all the known civilisations who ever eixsted on the planet, analysis of what made them fail and what made them succeed. From all this knowledge and experience the American constitution was written. And Obama feels it is simply “rigid ideas” – he needs to study history! And also, isn’t he sworn to protect the constitution????? Also 7.24, Obama acknowledges problem is man made but does nothing to address the mistakes, his answer is simply to add more rules and regulations!

People agree on the aim but the methods on the other hand vary widely.

Before I get into the issues of the “Jobs Bill” let us look at how it is presented.

First of all it uses the cheapest marketing techniques out there. Obama repeatedly says “Pass this jobs bill”

The way it is presented is also an obvious ploy to manipulate the democratic voting process. By publicly giving a speech prior to the vote and to give a one sided view of the jobs bill it intentionally demonises those politicians who wish to vote against the jobs bill.

Obama is deliberately trying to demonise polticians who vote against his agenda. Make no mistake about this.

Any bill that needs this sort of coercion to pass smells rotten to me and the bill should be looked at in close detail.

Okay, moving on amount the methods.

First of all I think everybody can agree that the government has no money. The only money the government has is the money the people in the private sector give it through taxes.

No we have established that fact, let us look at what Obama wants to do in the most basic form.

In essence the bill is saying because Amercians are not spending the money they have the government is going to take their money and spend it for them.

It is up to you whether you think that is acceptable.

Going back to the speech, it raises massive concerns for me that Obama and some politicians in general are now saying the right things, ie they show they know exactly what the problems are but the actions they take do the exact opposite of what they seek to achieve.

Obama wants the government to create jobs? Sorry, did America become a communist country without me noticing? What has the government got to do with job creation? Governments should create an environment that leads to businesses creating jobs. Communist/socialist government are the ones who create jobs.

As for Obama saying politics is not real life. Why is Obama demeaning politics? If Obama does not think politics is important why is he president?

He calls political debate a circus, does Obama not think political beliefs are important?

The whole speech is the most socialist speech I have heard in a long time.

I hope Americans can see that although he says the correct things, his actions will lead to the exact opposite.
