It really aggrivates me when the government are not prepared to put a name to a statement they claim to make.
You have to ask the question why? Why does the government want to say something but at the same time the person that is saying it does not want to be quoted as saying it? I mean what is the logic?
They either believe in what they are saying and stand by what they are saying and are quoted as saying it. And if they don’t they should say anything, as they obviously don’t believe in what they are saying as they may be called on it at a later date.
I know I am ranting but little things like this are one of the many ways that government deny accountability for their actions at a later date.
