Apparently when a government takes over the running of something, it is not a nationalisation.
That comes from the Greek finance minister.
Greeks should be worried, this is the guy that is supposed to lead the country into prosperity.
Venizelos is quoted as saying
“No one is going to nationalise the banks”
and in the same article the government is quote as saying
“The finance ministry announced that the state was taking over Proton Bank on Monday”
This is the nonsense the Greeks have to endure on a daily basis. These are the people Greek are having to tolerate or risk imprisonment, is this what the rest of us have to look forward to?
